Privacy Policy

At Brewtopia we believe transparency is part of quality. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or buy our coffee, why we collect it, and the choices you have about your data.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the shop and serve you well. That falls into three buckets:

  • Information you give us — your name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and order details when you check out or sign up for our newsletter.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage information — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring source, collected via cookies and analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Fulfill and ship the orders you place with us.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (when you opt in) newsletters about new harvests, drops, and stories from the farm.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
  • Improve our site, our products, and the experience of browsing them.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse of our service.

3. Cookies & analytics

Our site uses a small number of cookies. Some are essential — they remember the contents of your cart and keep you signed in. Others help us understand how the site is used so we can make it better.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (most notably the cart and checkout) may not work as expected.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers we've hired to help us run the business — for example Stripe for payments, our shipping carriers, and our email and analytics platforms — and only to the extent they need it to do their job.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety of our customers or staff.

5. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each message. Transactional emails about an active order are not optional while that order is in flight.

6. How long we keep data

We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for the period required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law (typically up to seven years). Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

7. Children

Brewtopia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve or as the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice before they take effect.
